DO YOU OFFER VISA ASSISTANCE?

Yes, we offer visa assistance by helping you through the process; we will be with you at every stage making sure your visa is granted.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN VISA VALIDITY AND DURATION?

Validity refers to the amount of time before a travel document expires. Duration refers to the maximum stay in a country that is permitted on a visa. E.g. a Brazilian multiple entry visa may have a validity of five years, however, the maximum duration of stay at any one time is 90 days.

HOW DO I USE THE PORTAL?

For a start you have to register on the portal, once you are registered you can go ahead to do your reservation.

WHEN I HAVE BOOKED MY TICKET, WHAT NEXT?

After making your reservation we advise you go over it, check the timing, connections and the name you used to see if it tallies with how it is written on your passport/travel document.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY BOOKING?

We accept all major credit cards. We also allow you to pay by electronic bank transfer. Our site is securely encrypted and all financial transactions are protected by the best firewall available.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN A PAYMENT IS MADE?

Once we get a confirmation from our bank we will automatically issue your ticket and send it to the email address you provided.

HOW DO I REGISTER AS AN AFFILIATE?

Your Company information is needed for you to register or become an affiliate. You can register directly on the portal or call our hotlines for assistance; you can also visit our office.

AS AN AFFILIATE IF I ENCOUNTER ISSUES ON A BOOKING/TICKET, HOW DO I GET IT RESOLVED?

As an affiliate we work with you directly, once you encounter issues on your booking all you need to do is fill a support ticket which will be responded to ASAP.

CAN I MAKE A GROUP BOOKING FOR A TOUR PACKAGE?

Contact us directly for group tours.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T USE MY TICKET, WILL MY MONEY BE REFUNDED?

If your ticket is a refundable ticket you will get your refund within 30days with a penalty attached but if your ticket is a non-refundable ticket you will not get a refund.

WILL I NEED A VACCINATION?

This will depend on your trip destination to know if vaccinations are required for the countries you will be visiting. If you’re taking medication or suffer from any form of illness, ensure you have an adequate supply of medication before departing for your holiday.
